Chocobuns, I'm at a loss. How could we have not saved your quarter? What terrible friends we are!
New goal: communicate better with chocobuns.

Matt the Great, we'll explore Bangkok when we come back from the beach. With sun 'n' sand on the brain, it's hard to think of anything else. Although now with sun 'n' awful sunburn on my back, I predict a full-on Bangkok oyster shucking in the very near future. (Preferably the indoors air-conditioned and aloe-lathered kind of oyster. Yikes.)

i spent the whole quarter studying amphetamines and opiate microeconomics. i wish you would've been there two weeks ago. I needed some time series data for amphetamines at different levels of the trafficking flow in Bangkok, one series in local high schools, one series in the ghett, and one series in a smaller town. I also needed to know how much an ex-junkie returnee prostitute NOW pays for a fix (and chemical analysis of his/her stash too) and the general mix of the speedball. You could've been life savers. the UN APAIC is there. they could've hooked you up probably. totally could've saved my quarter. I had to use NORWEGIAN research! Blech!
